At some point I shifted in my listening habits from studying trauma , relationships and therapeutic processes to studying Carl Jung @thisjungianlife. I knew the basics from my Art Psychotherapy training but wanted to go deeper into symbolism , mythology and the unconscious. I signed up to ‘dream school’ and began recording my dreams. Tbh I found the new theories and language hard to start with and don’t understand everything but I feel myself to be nourished and I let information filter in while I work.

One of the sessions offered was with @stacytenhouten who invited us to animate our dreams. It was great . Stacy noticed my work and invited me to be interviewed for her podcast.
